ZIPMIN’s agenda builder has a generic sessions template for all meetings, welcome, attendance and apologies etc
Each agenda item is called a ‘Session’, which has a dedicated mini-site to hold all of the associated materials for that session.
Each session has a presenter or chairperson to allow dynamic meetings where several chairpersons/ presenters can oversee the sessions and drive more effective outcomes.
‘My Meetings’, is the homepage for invitees, the dashboard display allows easy navigation between previous and current meetings.
We love the ability to run meetings with all of us looking at the same screen but on occasion a person can’t be present so they join in the meeting using the Attendee View option.
The most important function of the Meeting application is that we no longer lose any actions from our Action List.
We use the program for both our Deacons’ and Church Meetings. The program saves us a lot of work and we have access to previous minutes at the touch of a button which we can display on the overhead projector.
